35yrs Old Widow Shares Her Story To The Charity City Project Team

“Pure religion and undefiled before God and the Father is this; to visit the fatherless and widows in their affliction, and to keep oneself unspotted from the world”James 1:27…

Today the team led by the leader in person of Mr. Gregory Azemobor continued their good work of charity by extending their helping hand to an industrious widow and mother of 3. She is a resident of Ojodu Berger, but comes every Mondays to Saturdays to market her confections at Olalaipeyemu Street, Ikeja. She lost her husband in the year 2012, and ever since she has been the only one catering for her children. It has not been easy, but God has been faithful, through this business she is doing.

She shares her short story below:

I started my confectionary business 5yrs after I lost my husband with just N10,000 (Ten Thousand Naira), all thanks to God who has been providing and has been sending helper to my way. After losing my, I felt like my world is crumbling, but the feeling is no more because He has sent you people (the voice of divine truth) to identify to my needs and I so much appreciate your kind gesture towards making these world a better place for people like us (widows).

She also went further to appeal to kind hearted individuals out there to please show some love to the widows in our society, identify with one, assist them with whatever things or means you can and there is a reward for such kind act of yours if you do so, and the reward is God’s unlimited blessings.
